Our Data and AI community currently brings together 300 experts (Data Strategists, Data Analysts, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Data POs, etc.) in France, covering the entire value chain from strategy to execution, to support our clients across all their businesses and entities in their data transformation.Your Missions
As a consulting manager, you will immerse yourself in an exciting and diverse range of consulting missions for our major clients, across various sectors including industry, finance, retail, and the public sector. You will play a crucial role in reshaping the audit and consulting landscape, contributing to the transformation of these industries. The projects you will be involved in will cover a wide range of data governance activities: Data Strategy, Data Quality management, Master Data Management, data cataloging and modeling, BI & Analytics, support for Data projects, etc. As these capabilities are interdependent, we offer our consultants the opportunity to work on different aspects of data governance. You will manage consultants positioned at clients for whom you will be responsible for the commercial relationship. You will develop the practice's service offerings through various business development initiatives: creating a differentiating offering, developing targeted responses via our dedicated industry and business guilds, designing assets to support commercial prospecting, etc. You will support General Management, business lines, and CDOs in the digital transformation of their organizations: SI Planning, Governance & Data-Driven Transformation, Data & Metadata Architecture, Data Strategy and Governance, Quality, Metadata, Master Data and Security Management, Support for Business Stakeholders and Projects on good data governance.Your Profile
Proficiency in English and French in a professional context. Mastery of data management and governance topics, in collaboration with key stakeholders such as Data Offices, Business Interlocutors, Data Factories, Data Platforms, etc. Knowledge and experience with data visualization or data management tools (DQM, MDM, Data Catalog, etc.). Ability to propose approaches combining the practice's different data expertise (Analytics & Data Products, AI & Data Science, Data Strategy & Governance). At least 6 years of professional consulting experience. Ability to autonomously lead a client mission and manage the intervention team. Experience and proactivity in business development activities. Aptitude for analyzing and understanding business processes and needs. Knowledge in data modeling and visualization. Knowledge and experience in project management and agile methodologies.Desired Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
University or business/engineering school degree (preferably Master's level - Bac +5). Ability to understand and address data-related issues. Proactivity in solution development. Results-oriented and focused on solving business challenges. Autonomy, pragmatism, and responsiveness. Significant experience in commercial management and/or development. Analytical, synthesis, and reporting skills. Aptitude for coordinating and federating. Interpersonal skills, team or workshop facilitation.
