Technology Governance Analyst at PwC Australia
At PwC Australia, the work undertaken in Tech Hub covers a range of areas from leading and supporting the company through to the build or adoption of new technology, to protecting against risk, and delivering valuable data insights that transform our technology capabilities. As a Technology Governance Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in establishing policies and procedures to manage technology risks and issues to ensure compliance with obligations and regulatory requirements, working with clients across Tech Hub to assist in the operation and maintenance of technology governance frameworks. You will work within the business to ensure that technology is assessed, has been reviewed and approved by appropriate areas of the business.

What you’ll do:
- Lead technology reviews with assistance from compliance SMEs.
- Assist with activities relating to technology review platform changes
- Assist in developing and maintaining IT governance procedures and documentation.
- Support compliance monitoring of governance frameworks.
- Assist with governance-related training and support.
- Assist in reporting on governance issues
What we’re looking for:
- Knowledgeable in IT governance frameworks such as COBIT.
- Experience in policy development and implementation.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.
- Skilled in reporting and analytics tools, with familiarity in internal audit processes.
- Acts as a technical expert providing specialized advice and solving complex problems using judgment and guidance.
- Capable of supervising junior team members, managing workloads, setting priorities, and collaborating effectively across teams to achieve results.
