Our Data & AI team is expanding, and we're looking for an accomplished Director to lead our AI and Generative AI sales and delivery strategy. What you’ll do:

• Drive Revenue & Delivery Impact: Drive end-to-end sales and delivery of high-value AI and GenAI solutions, from opportunity identification and client engagement through to implementation and expansion, owning both revenue targets and delivery profitability across a portfolio of enterprise clients. Oversee end-to-end delivery lifecycle including solution architecture, implementation roadmaps, sprint execution, quality assurance, and client acceptance across multiple concurrent AI engagements.
• Lead Teams & Build Strategic Relationships: Lead cross-functional teams (technical, implementation, and consulting) in designing and deploying production-grade AI systems while building strategic relationships with C-suite stakeholders and positioning PwC as the trusted AI advisor in the market. Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery through resource allocation, risk management, and proactive issue resolution while maintaining technical excellence and client satisfaction.
• Establish Strategy & Governance: Establish delivery best practices, governance frameworks, and go-to-market strategies that ensure responsible AI adoption, client satisfaction, and sustainable business growth. Drive continuous improvement in delivery methodologies, tooling, and team capabilities to scale AI practice excellence.

What we’re looking for:

• Sales & Delivery Leadership: Significant experience in AI/data solutions with proven track record of closing enterprise deals, managing complex engagements; demonstrated success in a leadership role driving both revenue generation and delivery outcomes; track record of delivering complex, multi-phase AI implementations with demonstrable client outcomes.
• Business & Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of enterprise business processes and ability to translate business problems into AI solutions; solid grasp of GenAI technologies (LLMs, RAG patterns, agentic frameworks), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and data engineering sufficient to credibly engage clients and guide technical teams through delivery challenges.
• Leadership & Influence: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, mentor talent, communicate technical concepts to non-technical executives, and navigate complex stakeholder environments in fast-paced, regulated industries. Experience balancing commercial objectives with delivery excellence and building high-performing AI delivery practices.
