Overview

As a Corporate Affairs Manager - Partner Communications and Engagement you will drive internal and corporate communications for PwC Australia's 6,500+ employees and partners. You will transform strategy into compelling moments, craft clear scripts, and influence senior leaders in a dynamic environment.

What you’ll do

  • Drive and support communication and engagement activities with 650 partners.
  • Organize webcasts, owner calls, CEO partner connect sessions, and partner summits.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and secretariat teams for key projects.
  • Develop strategies with Corporate Affairs leaders and implement partner campaigns.
  • Use emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance engagement effectiveness.
  • Measure impact of communications and develop firmwide engagement calendars.

What we’re looking for

An experienced operator with 3+ years in communications, people & culture, operations, marketing, or related fields. You are proactive, strategic, collaborative, and possess strong writing, stakeholder, and project management skills.
