  • Champion a people‑centric approach to change, supporting initiatives that enhance leadership alignment and employee experience.
  • Work alongside cross‑functional teams to enable delivery of change outcomes, providing clarity, guidance, and problem‑solving support where required.
  • Contribute to capability uplift initiatives that strengthen change maturity and foster a high‑performing, learning‑oriented environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives, building trusted advisor relationships.
  • Strong experience developing and leading capability uplift programs for teams.
  • Relationship-led with strong executive presence; able to command credibility with senior leaders.
  • Flexible, pragmatic problem solver with a proven ability to navigate organisational complexity.
  • Outcome-focused and growth-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability for impact and delivery.
  • Excellent communicator and influencer, able to simplify complexity and drive alignment.
  • Inclusive, empathetic leader who prioritises employee experience and engagement.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working across diverse sectors and change contexts.
  • Learning and global mindset to continually adapt and change the more we learn locally about AI and adopt global strategies and knowledge to assist local execution.
