As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will be part of the Cloud Business Group team, responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software products through rigorous testing and collaboration with product managers and developers.

You will leverage your technical experience and creative thinking to deliver innovative software products and solutions, implementing leading practice standards of quality in software development and testing processes. This role focuses on identifying and resolving defects, optimizing performance, and enhancing user experience.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 3 years of experience, or in lieu of a degree, demonstrating three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college.

What Sets You Apart (Preferred Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Systems Analysis, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems.
• ISTQB, CSQA/CSQE or equivalent certifications.
• Advocating and upholding quality assurance standards.
• Participating in reviews of user stories.
• Authoring Agile test plans and requirements traceability.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps.
• Conducting test planning, design, execution, and bug management.
• Testing front-end/GUI, APIs, and backend using SQL queries.
• Automating and maintaining various test types.
