Overview

The Salesforce DevOps Copado - Senior Associate role at PwC Acceleration Center India involves providing consulting services for Salesforce DevOps practices. You will design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Copado, Git, and Azure DevOps to ensure efficient and scalable release management in Salesforce environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Copado and ADO.
  • Manage source control strategy with Git including branching and merging.
  • Automate deployments ensuring compliance with governance requirements.
  • Collaborate with teams to enforce DevOps best practices.
  • Support release management and troubleshoot deployment issues.
  • Create documentation and training materials for development teams.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4-8 years overall IT experience with 3+ years in Salesforce DevOps.
  • Hands-on experience with Copado (mandatory) and Git-based workflows.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines and work item tracking.
  • Understanding of Salesforce metadata, SFDX, and package deployments.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Gearset, AutoRABIT, or similar tools.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms and containerization concepts.
  • Salesforce and Copado certifications are a plus.
