Role and Responsibilities of a Tech Lead

As a Tech Lead, you will build exceptional software, lead through your craft, and make a real difference for customers. This role is for engineers who deeply care about what and how they build, and for whom it's built. Whether you're an experienced Tech Lead or a Senior Engineer ready to step into technical leadership, this is an opportunity to influence product outcomes and help your team do their best work, including your own. You’ll take genuine ownership here:

• Ownership of feature delivery end-to-end: From conception to deployment, ensure high-quality software solutions.
• Ownership of technical standards, architecture, and engineering practices: Define and uphold the highest standards across the team.
• Ownership of helping others grow: Mentor and guide engineers, fostering their development and skills.

You’ll be hands-on where it counts: designing and building features in C#/.NET, guiding technical decisions, and setting the bar for quality. Just as importantly, you’ll help engineers understand why their work matters – how it connects to customer outcomes and delivers real value.
