Overview
The Franchise Business Consultant role at Purpose Brands, LLC directly impacts each Bar Method Franchisee's performance and profitability. You will provide consulting and coaching services, develop strategic initiatives, and ensure operational consistency.
Operations
Review territory performance on a weekly or monthly basis, assess performance gaps, and recommend solutions. You will:
- Assess current performance and operational needs
- Provide training and follow-up communication
- Develop and monitor action plans for revenue growth
- Act as liaison between franchisees and corporate teams
- Manage urgent matters and ad-hoc projects as necessary
Facilitated Development
Collaborate with corporate teams to create customized training programs. Identify opportunities for multiunit growth and performance optimization.
Core Competencies
You should be driven, goal oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. This role requires emotional intelligence, a can-do attitude, and the ability to quickly adapt in a dynamic environment.
Strength And Background
Proven experience in coaching or leadership within multi-unit retail/service/franchise environments, ideally in the fitness field. Financial acumen, experience with Microsoft Office, and willingness to travel (up to 50%, including outside business hours) are essential.
Preferred Background
3+ years of relevant experience, preferably with a background in boutique fitness studios or Barre, and a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.

Work Schedule
This role follows a hybrid model with remote work on Wednesdays and Fridays, and on-site days on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at designated offices.
