About the Role

As a full-time Outside Service Technician, your mission is to provide exceptional value by addressing the tire needs of every customer, The Purcell Way, in a safe and approved manner using the proper tools and techniques both on the customer's property and during roadside assistance calls.

What You Need

  • Ability to pass a background & drug screen
  • 6 months commercial tire experience required
  • Valid driver’s license
  • 3-year Clean MVR with no DUIs

What You’ll Do

  • Commit to continual improvement, training & professional growth
  • Perform commercial tire and wheel replacements and installations
  • Dismount wheels using lug wrenches and other hand and power tools
  • Repair, balance, rotate, mount, and replace commercial tires/wheels
  • Service calls as scheduled by the service manager
  • Keep service vehicle fully stocked and maintained
  • Perform basic facility maintenance and shop clean up
  • Identify opportunities to improve products & services
  • Other duties as assigned by management
