Your Mission as a Retail Sales Associate
For the organic growth of our PUMA store in Palmanova, we are looking for talented individuals who want to challenge themselves in a dynamic and sporty environment, focusing on the following objectives:
- Ensure high standards of customer service according to PUMA brand values.
- Achieve personal and store sales performance, KPIs, and profitability through effective customer service.
- Accurately process sales at the cash register.
- Execute and maintain all Visual Merchandising guidelines according to PUMA criteria.
- Responsibly process incoming and outgoing merchandise.
- Show ambition in identifying product opportunities and communicating them to the management team.
Your Talent and Profile
We are looking for candidates of all genders with the following qualifications:
- Experience in the Retail world.
- Passion for the PUMA brand and interest in the commercial sector.
- Friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented personality.
- Aptitude for teamwork and fast learning.
- Ability to offer high levels of customer assistance with excellent communication skills.
- Good computer literacy and knowledge of MS programs.
