Job Description
Your Mission
As the Manager Marketing Marketplaces Affiliate, you will develop and execute the European marketplace and affiliate marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with PUMA Group's commercial and brand goals. A key part of your mission will be to identify growth opportunities across various affiliate networks, publishers, cashback platforms, and marketplace media. You will define channel roles and performance expectations to drive incremental revenue and high-quality traffic.
Day-to-day responsibilities include managing relationships with marketplace partners, affiliate networks, agencies, and publishers. This involves negotiating contracts, commission structures, placements, and promotional opportunities, as well as driving the onboarding of new partners and continuously evaluating their performance. You will optimize marketplace content, product visibility, and on-site marketing placements in close collaboration with the E-commerce and Merchandising teams.
Furthermore, you will oversee affiliate promotional calendars, deal structures, and activation plans. Your role demands ongoing performance analysis to improve key performance indicators such as revenue, ROAS, conversion rate, and partner quality scores. You will plan and execute seasonal and tactical marketplace campaigns aligned with broader marketing and commercial strategies. Building and maintaining reporting dashboards, analyzing partner performance, and validating attribution with the Analytics team are also critical. Finally, you will ensure content accuracy, brand compliance, and strong technical integrations while collaborating cross-functionally to share insights and best practices across PUMA Group.

- Ability to build and execute a comprehensive marketplace and affiliate strategy that aligns seamlessly with commercial and brand goals.
- Skilled in optimizing marketplace content, enhancing product visibility, effectively managing promotional structures, and consistently driving improvements in revenue and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Strong capability to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), validate attribution models, accurately interpret partner performance data, and implement continuous performance improvement cycles.
- Proficiency in managing relationships with networks, agencies, publishers, and marketplace partners daily through effective collaboration and clear communication.
- Strong negotiation abilities regarding contracts, commission structures, placements, and various commercial opportunities.
- Competence in planning, briefing, executing, and tracking seasonal and tactical campaigns across multiple partners and complex timelines.
- Comfortable utilizing digital channel tools, understanding tracking and tagging methodologies, building and interpreting dashboards, and managing technical partner integrations.
- A strong cross-functional working style, enabling effective collaboration with E-commerce, Merchandising, CRM, Brand, Analytics, and global teams.
- Ability to effectively brief partners, share actionable insights, present data clearly, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Capability to adapt quickly to dynamic marketplace environments, solve issues efficiently, and continuously improve operational excellence.
- Strong detail orientation to maintain content accuracy, detect anomalies, monitor for fraud, and ensure full compliance with industry rules and internal standards.
- Ability to identify, evaluate, activate, and nurture partner relationships to drive long-term strategic value for PUMA Group.
