Overview

The Junior Digital Asset Manager supports the organization and distribution of creative assets across global campaigns for PUMA Group. This role works closely with Creative, Production, and Marketing teams to catalog, tag, and distribute imagery, video, social, and print assets using a SaaS-based Digital Asset Management (DAM) system along with cloud or local storage solutions.

Your Mission

Key responsibilities include:

  • Upload, organize, and tag creative assets in the DAM system following established guidelines.
  • Maintain consistency in metadata, file names, and folder structures.
  • Distribute approved assets to digital, social, print, and e-commerce channels.
  • Track asset versions, usage dates, and ensure rights compliance.
  • Support regional libraries and assist local teams with asset location.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting and user support for asset requests.
  • Assist in training new team members on DAM functionalities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure asset quality standards.
  • Suggest improvements for organization and workflow efficiency.

Your Talent

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 1–2 years in digital asset management, marketing operations, or creative production support. Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and have familiarity with digital file formats, cloud storage tools, and DAM platforms (e.g., Bynder, Brandfolder, Adobe Experience Manager). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is considered a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay ranges from $24.90 to $33.13 (plus Bonus & Benefits); pay may vary based on experience and skills.
