Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Excel Expert to support remote operations by managing, cleaning, and maintaining large datasets using Microsoft Excel. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with advanced Excel capabilities who enjoy working with data, spreadsheets, and structured workflows in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain high-volume data in Excel spreadsheets with exceptional accuracy.
  • Clean, validate, and standardize datasets to ensure consistency and usability.
  • Use advanced Excel functions for data organization, processing, and reporting.
  • Create structured templates, trackers, and logs for data management.
  • Collaborate remotely to meet productivity and accuracy goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel including formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables.
