Key Responsibilities

Front-End Development

• Develop, implement, and maintain responsive, user-friendly interfaces for healthcare and medical clients.
• Translate UI/UX designs into clean, reusable, well-structured, and maintainable front-end code.
• Build and support landing pages, corporate websites, microsites, and digital campaign assets.
• Ensure pixel-perfect implementation, brand consistency, and high design standards across projects.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work

• Work closely with designers, marketers, content teams, and project managers to deliver seamless digital solutions.
• Support front-end enhancements aligned with SEO best practices, conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies, and performance goals.
• Participate actively in sprint planning, stand-ups, and remote team discussions.

Performance & Optimization

• Optimize websites for speed, scalability, and overall performance.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and consistent functionality across modern browsers.
• Implement responsive, mobile-first designs across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Apply accessibility and usability best practices to create inclusive digital experiences.

CMS & Content Management

• Maintain and update CMS-based websites, primarily WordPress.
• Implement content updates, adjust layouts, and modify templates as needed.
• Collaborate with content teams to integrate text, media, and interactive elements effectively.

Quality Assurance

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve front-end bugs and UI inconsistencies.
• Conduct thorough cross-device and cross-browser testing.
• Maintain high coding standards and proper documentation.

Continuous Learning & Development

• Stay current with modern front-end tools, frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and seek feedback from senior developers.
• Continuously improve technical skills, workflow efficiency, and development processes.

Experience

Required Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in front-end development (including internships, freelance work, academic, or personal projects).
• Experience working on live websites or web applications is a strong advantage.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript fundamentals.
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or similar) is a plus.
• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms is preferred.
• Basic understanding of SEO-friendly development practices and structured markup.

Tools & Workflow

• Experience using Git or other version control systems.
• Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar collaboration tools.
• Basic understanding of website performance optimization.
• Exposure to cross-browser testing and debugging tools.

Soft Skills

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Clear, professional communication skills for remote collaboration.
• Openness to feedback and eagerness to learn.
• Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.
• Basic knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
• Exposure to healthcare, medical, or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with modern JavaScript build tools and development workflows.
• Fluent English communication skills; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
