About the Position
When your car doesn’t work, your life doesn’t work! Pull-A-Part is looking for happy, goal-oriented individuals to join as a Retail Sales Associate - Auto Parts. In this on-site role, you will assist customers with automotive needs while upholding our core values.
Job Responsibilities
- Participate in a safety-first and environmentally responsible culture
- Perform daily tasks with a positive attitude and core values: Respect, Help, Learn & Grow
- Maintain cleanliness of the facility and work area
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service
- Assist customers with digital kiosks and mobile inventory lookups
- Process cash & credit transactions and manage paperwork
- Enter data accurately into computer systems
- Communicate sales promotions and warranty information
- Meet personal and team performance goals
- Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and dress codes
- Learn new skills and assist teammates as needed
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or customer service roles
- Good administrative, organizational, and computer skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Capability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50lbs
- Willingness to work store hours, including overtime, weekends, and some holidays
- Preferred: Basic auto parts knowledge, auto parts sales experience, bilingual in English and Spanish
