At Pull-A-Part, our motto is “When your car doesn’t work, your life doesn’t work!” We help customers overcome automotive issues and are looking for happy, goal-oriented individuals to join our team as a Used Car Sales Associate. This base salary plus commission role is ideal for self-starters who enjoy building a business.

Job Responsibilities

  • Participate in a safety-focused and environmentally respectful culture.
  • Perform daily tasks with a positive attitude and uphold company values: Respect, Help, Learn & Grow.
  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the facility and work area.
  • Follow the Company Playbook including policies, safety guidelines, and SOPs.
  • Deliver friendly, helpful, and professional customer service.
  • Manage daily operations of the used car sales lot.
  • Collaborate with the local car buy team to source vehicles.
  • Conduct minor repairs on inventory vehicles.
  • Meet personal and team performance goals.
  • Adhere to dress code and complete other retail tasks as directed.

Qualifications

  • Experience selling vehicles.
  • Experience handling car titles and paperwork.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and computer skills.
  • Basic knowledge of auto parts, Microsoft Office, CRM, and DMS tools.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50lbs.
  • Willing to work retail hours including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
  • Preferred: Experience managing a used car lot and bilingual (English/Spanish).
