Summary

The Scheduling Specialist - Service at Puklich Chevrolet Inc. answers all incoming calls to the dealership Service department. This role demands product knowledge, professionalism, and empathy that meets customer expectations. Effective communication is key in supporting team-building across all dealership departments.

Essential Duties

  • Set appointments for the Service Department.
  • Maintain an accurate daily log of all service activities related to Business Development Center operations.
  • Ensure proper follow-up of all potential buyers via the tracking tool.
  • Communicate effectively within and between departments.
  • Download and follow up on dealership manifest and opportunities lists.
  • Answer inbound service calls.
  • Respond to appointment requests from the website.
  • Make outbound prospecting calls to invite prospects to the dealership.
  • Conduct CSI follow-up calls.
  • Handle customer complaints in accordance with dealership guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean work area and professional appearance.
  • Adhere to a strict attendance policy.

Marginal Duties

Additional duties may be assigned as required.

Requirements

Education & Experience: Associate's degree or equivalent; or six months to one year of related experience. Previous phone experience is preferred.

Language Skills: Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple correspondence. Bilingual is a plus.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations and compute rates, ratios, and percentages.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to understand and execute instructions and solve problems in standardized situations.

Certificates: Valid Driver's License and a Clean Driving Record are required.
