Senior CRO Manager - Remote
Puffy is a $1B+ Top 5 US direct-to-consumer eCommerce brand seeking a data-driven Senior CRO Manager to take full ownership of on-site conversion rate optimization. You will identify revenue leakage, form hypotheses, and execute optimization strategies that deliver measurable business impact across a high-traffic e-commerce site fueled by significant digital ad spend.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will collaborate with a dedicated analytics team responsible for data infrastructure and pipelines. Your primary role is to leverage their data, conduct behavioral analysis (heatmaps, session recordings, funnel analysis), and translate these insights into high-impact A/B tests, UX improvements, and conversion strategies to drive revenue growth.

What You'll Need:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in CRO and analytics within an e-commerce or direct-to-consumer environment.
- Proven track record of delivering statistically significant test winners with measurable revenue impact.
- Advanced proficiency in GA4, including custom reports, segmentation, funnel analysis, and event data.
- Expert-level experience with heatmap and session recording tools (e.g., Hotjar, FullStory, Microsoft Clarity) and translating behavioral insights into hypotheses.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, AB Tasty, Convert) including design, implementation, QA, and analysis.
- Strong understanding of statistical methodology for experimentation (significance, confidence intervals, sample size, pitfalls).
- Deep knowledge of conversion and persuasion best practices (pricing psychology, scarcity, trust signals, checkout optimization).
- Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles and their impact on conversion.
