Puffy is seeking an AI Video Creator to join our team in Dubai. This role is unique; unlike most video creators who never learn if their work drives sales, you will directly see the impact of your creations. You'll transform AI-generated footage into high-converting advertisements, utilizing cutting-edge tools like Veo, Runway, and Kling. Your expertise in editing, compositing, and polishing will ensure the final output is indistinguishable from live footage. A key aspect of this role involves rigorous performance tracking, enabling you to pinpoint precisely which elements of your ads drive revenue. This position is ideal if you value measurable results as much as aesthetic quality.

What You'll Do

• Produce compelling 10-30 second video ads for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring each ad includes a strong hook, clear value proposition, and a call-to-action. You'll generate multiple concepts weekly.
• Maintain impeccable character consistency across various shots, managing faces, outfits, and environments seamlessly, which is one of the most complex challenges in AI video production.
• Master the art of blending AI-generated footage with stock or live-action content, applying advanced compositing and color grading techniques to achieve an indistinguishable final product.
• Optimize the critical first 3 seconds of every ad, using pattern interrupts, curiosity gaps, and strong visual hooks to capture and retain audience attention.
• Iterate constantly based on performance data, reviewing click-through rates, hold rates, and drop-off points to refine and improve ad effectiveness continuously.

Ideal Fit (Requirements)

• A robust portfolio showcasing ads specifically designed to drive sales, with performance metrics being a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in projects where you've maintained character consistency across multiple shots, not just isolated clips.
• Hands-on proficiency with leading AI video tools such as Veo, Kling, Runway, Seedance, or similar platforms.
• Advanced post-production skills using software like Premiere, After Effects, or DaVinci, including expertise in compositing, color grading, and upscaling (e.g., Topaz).
• Competence in audio production, including AI voice synthesis, sophisticated sound design, and seamless music integration.
• Proven ability to deliver multiple ad variations on a weekly basis, maintaining high quality and efficiency.

Good-to-Have

• Experience in DTC/e-commerce performance marketing.
• A track record of producing ads with clearly measurable conversion results.
• Familiarity with creative testing frameworks to optimize ad performance.
