As an AI Video Creator, you will be responsible for transforming AI-generated footage into highly effective advertisements. You'll utilize advanced tools such as Veo, Runway, and Kling for creation, followed by expert editing, compositing, and polishing to ensure the final product is indistinguishable from live footage. A crucial aspect of this role involves tracking ad performance meticulously, allowing you to understand precisely which elements, like hooks, cuts, and frames, drive revenue. This position is ideal for individuals who prioritize results as much as aesthetic quality.

You will particularly stand out if you possess a portfolio of ads designed to drive sales, have experience maintaining consistent AI-generated characters across multiple shots, and are comfortable managing the entire process from AI generation to final audio.

This role serves as a career accelerator, compressing three years of professional growth into one. While most video creators produce around 15-20 ads annually, you will ship over 50, with each project presenting an opportunity to test new hooks, refine AI workflows, and advance your post-production skills. You'll master tools like Veo, Runway, and Kling while developing professionally within Puffy, a billion-dollar brand committed to employee growth.

What You'll Do

• Produce 10-30 second video ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Hook, value prop, CTA in every ad. Multiple concepts per week.
• Maintain character consistency across shots—keeping faces, outfits, and environments coherent. This is one of the hardest problems in AI video.
• Blend AI footage with stock or live footage seamlessly. Your compositing and color grading make AI elements indistinguishable.
• Nail the first 3 seconds. Pattern interrupts, curiosity gaps, visual hooks—if the audience drops early, you iterate.
• Iterate based on performance data. Review click-through rates, hold rates, and drop-off points. Every ad is a hypothesis to test.

You're an Ideal Fit If You Have

• A portfolio of ads built to drive sales—not just look good. Performance metrics are a plus.
• Projects showing character consistency across multiple shots, not just one-off clips.

• Post-production skills in Premiere, After Effects, or DaVinci. Compositing, color grading, upscaling (Topaz or similar).
• Audio proficiency—AI voice synthesis, sound design, music integration.
• Ability to ship multiple ad variations per week.
