About the Role
Puffy is seeking an AI Video Creator who transforms AI-generated footage into high-converting ads. In this role, you will use top tools such as Veo, Runway, and Kling to craft, edit, and polish video ads for platforms including Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
Key Responsibilities
- Create 10-30 second video ads with strong hooks, value props, and calls-to-action.
- Maintain character consistency across multiple AI-generated shots.
- Seamlessly blend AI footage with stock or live footage using advanced compositing and color grading techniques.
- Analyze performance metrics to iterate and refine each ad based on audience engagement.
- Manage the full production pipeline from AI generation to final audio integration.

Candidate Profile
