About the Role
Puffy is seeking an experienced AI Video Creator to transform AI-generated footage into high-converting video ads. This position is based on-site in Dubai, UAE with relocation assistance and visa support.
The Reality
Work in Dubai where there is 0% personal income tax, meaning your take-home pay is the full offer. Unlike typical video creators, your work will be directly linked to performance and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce 10-30 second video ads for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Maintain character consistency across multiple shots.
- Blend AI footage with stock or live footage seamlessly through expert editing and compositing.
- Focus on the first 3 seconds to ensure maximum audience engagement.
- Iterate based on performance metrics such as click-through and hold rates.
What You Bring
A proven portfolio of ads that drive sales, proficiency with AI video tools (Veo, Runway, Kling, Seedance, etc.), and strong post-production skills using Premiere, After Effects or DaVinci. Experience in compositing, color grading, upscaling and audio integration are key.
