You will leverage cutting-edge AI tools such as Veo, Runway, and Kling to generate footage, then master the art of editing, compositing, and polishing to create ads that are indistinguishable from live footage. Your success will be measured by performance data, allowing you to refine hooks, cuts, and frames for maximum revenue generation. What You'll Do:

• Produce high-impact 10-30 second video ads for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring each includes a compelling hook, clear value proposition, and strong call-to-action. You'll generate multiple concepts weekly.
• Maintain impeccable character consistency across various shots, a critical and challenging aspect of AI video, ensuring faces, outfits, and environments remain coherent.
• Seamlessly blend AI-generated footage with stock or live-action elements through expert compositing and color grading, making AI components look completely natural.
• Master the art of the crucial first three seconds, employing pattern interrupts, curiosity gaps, and visual hooks to capture and retain audience attention immediately.
• Iterate constantly based on performance data, analyzing click-through rates, hold rates, and drop-off points to continuously optimize ad effectiveness.

You're an Ideal Fit If You Have:

• A strong portfolio showcasing ads specifically designed to drive sales, with performance metrics being a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in projects that maintain character consistency across multiple shots, not just isolated clips.
• Hands-on proficiency with leading AI video tools such as Veo, Kling, Runway, Seedance, or similar platforms.
• Advanced post-production skills in software like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve, including expertise in compositing, color grading, and upscaling (e.g., Topaz).
• Solid audio proficiency, encompassing AI voice synthesis, intricate sound design, and seamless music integration.
• The ability to efficiently ship multiple ad variations each week, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Good-to-Have:

• DTC/e-commerce performance marketing experience.
• A track record of producing ads with measurable conversion results.
• Familiarity with various creative testing frameworks.
