About the Role

Puffy is seeking an AI-First CRO Copywriter to drive exponential revenue growth by merging human creativity with AI-driven insights. You will transform data into compelling conversion copy to amplify our brand voice across digital channels.

Your Mission

Be the architect of the future of conversion strategy by creating and optimizing high-impact copy. Work side by side with the CEO and leadership team to pioneer AI-powered content innovations.

Responsibilities

  • Transform AI-generated insights into persuasive sales copy.
  • Develop and test conversion campaigns using A/B methodologies.
  • Analyze and iterate on data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Maintain high-quality editing and brand voice consistency.

What You'll Need

  • Minimum 3 years in direct-response or conversion copywriting.
  • At least 1 year using generative AI in a marketing context.
  • Expertise in CRO principles and A/B testing.
  • Proficiency in prompt engineering and data analysis.
  • Experience with AI testing platforms and digital analytics tools.

The Puffy DNA

We value ownership, urgency, excellence, and team alignment. You are expected to deliver a tested and measurable conversion uplift on key funnel steps within the first 90 days.

Compensation & Benefits

  • AED 18,000 - AED 22,000 per month + 10% performance bonus (Tax-Free)
  • Total Annual Package: Up to AED 308,700
  • Relocation support, visa sponsorship, and premium office environment.

90-Day Objective

Deliver at least one validated A/B test winner on a key landing page or funnel component that significantly uplifts revenue metrics.
