Job Description
About Publitas
We are Publitas! We’re a remote-first, fast-growing SaaS company helping brands turn static content into digital discovery experiences that drive results. We’re not about busywork, hierarchy, or hand-holding. We hire sharp minds, trust them fully, and measure success by real results, not noise. If you thrive in autonomy, challenge, and high ownership, you’ll love it here.
About the AI Enablement Specialist Role
We’re looking for an AI Enablement Specialist to help our remote-first team use AI confidently, responsibly, and effectively. Your first focus will be internal adoption: improving how we work, reducing low-value manual effort, and embedding AI into everyday workflows across teams (e.g., People, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, Product, and Engineering).
Over time, the role will expand into AI adoption for our product—supporting internal readiness, collaborating with Product and Engineering, and helping us translate internal learnings into customer-facing value. This is a hands-on role that blends enablement, change management, process design, and practical AI tooling.
Who You Are
You’re a practical builder and coach, not just someone who’s excited about AI. You can translate new technology into everyday behaviors, and you’re comfortable working with a diverse, distributed team.
You’ll likely have experience in:
- AI enablement / digital transformation / operations / tooling adoption
- Building training programs and improving ways of working
- Process improvement or operational excellence
- Working cross-functionally in a remote-first environment
Skills & strengths:
- Strong understanding of modern AI tools (LLMs, copilots, automation tools) and how to apply them
- Confident communicator who can train and influence across teams
- Strong documentation habits (clear writing, templates, playbooks)
- Analytical mindset: can measure adoption and communicate outcomes
- Practical change management: you know how to drive behavior change
- Comfortable experimenting, iterating, and learning fast
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with AI governance / data privacy best practices
- Experience with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate, Notion automations, etc.)
- Experience building prototypes (e.g., basic scripts, no-code tools, prompt-based assistants)
- Experience supporting or launching AI features in a SaaS product
- Experience in B2B SaaS environments
This role is for you if you…
- Get excited by taking ownership and figuring things out proactively
- Thrive in a remote, async, fast-paced environment
- Are striving to deliver impact, not just running tasks
- Think in systems but execute with creativity
- Are direct, collaborative, and have a growth mindset
This role is NOT for you if you…
- Need layers of process or someone to constantly tell you what to do
- Prefer “business as usual” over change
- Want a team where mediocre is okay
- Have never worked remotely and think async means “lonely”
- Are waiting for permission instead of taking initiative
Your Responsibilities
- 1) Drive internal AI adoption (primary focus)
- Build and run a structured internal AI adoption program (onboarding, training, continuous learning)
- Identify high-impact workflows where AI can reduce time, improve quality, and increase speed
- Partner with teams to redesign processes and implement AI-assisted workflows (e.g., docs, automation, support workflows)
- Create “AI playbooks” and templates (prompt libraries, examples, best practices by function)
- Act as a coach and internal consultant—supporting different teams with practical AI usage
- Increase adoption through measurable initiatives (usage engagement, time saved, quality improvements)
- 2) Enablement & training
- Deliver engaging training sessions (live + async) for different skill levels
- Build self-serve learning materials (guides, short videos, internal wiki content)
- Create role-based AI learning tracks (e.g., “AI for Customer Success,” “AI for Hiring,” “AI for Product Ops”)
- Host office hours and support channels to keep momentum strong
- 3) Tools, governance, and responsible AI usage
- Help define internal standards for safe and responsible AI use (data handling, prompt hygiene, compliance)
- Recommend and help implement a stack of AI tools (ChatGPT, copilots, internal knowledge tools, automation tools)
- Collaborate with Legal/Security (as needed) to ensure correct policies and guardrails
- Establish the “AI ways of working” that scale with the company
- 4) Measurement & continuous improvement
- Define adoption metrics and track progress (usage, satisfaction, productivity wins)
- Build simple dashboards and reporting to show impact
- Collect feedback, iterate, and keep programs fresh and relevant
- 5) Future: product AI adoption & readiness
- Translate internal AI use cases into product opportunities and customer workflows
- Work closely with Product/Engineering to validate use cases with users
- Support go-to-market teams with product AI enablement (sales enablement, support docs, customer training)
- Help shape the customer story and customer adoption journey
What We Provide to Help You Win
- A competitive salary
- 25 vacation days + your local national holidays
- A top-tier MacBook and remote-ready gear
- Monthly wellness budget to invest in your health
- Co-Working allowance
- Events, training, or courses that directly and primarily contribute to your work at Publitas
- Free books on Kindle and Audible
- Free Publitas Swag (merchandise)
How to Apply
We don’t ask for CVs or cover letters. Why? Because they rarely tell us who you are or what you’re truly great at. Instead, we ask smart questions and give you a chance to show us what you’d bring to the role. No fluff. Just real insight into what it’s like to work together.
