About the Role

The AI Specialist at Publicis Sapient joins a team of bright thinkers and doers. You will use problem-solving creativity to address complex challenges across various industries and shape innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product and business teams for AI opportunity identification.
• Evaluate and select suitable AI approaches including LLMs and RAG systems.
• Design and build machine learning pipelines from prototyping to deployment.
• Develop, fine-tune, and optimize AI models ensuring scalability and performance.
• Set up and maintain AI/ML development infrastructure using MLOps practices.
• Build robust data ingestion, transformation, and feature engineering pipelines.
• Identify high-value training datasets and adapt pre-trained models.
• Create APIs, integrations, and tools for real-time AI insights.
• Help stakeholders understand AI outcomes, limitations, and trade-offs.
• Continuously research and recommend emerging AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML products.
• Strong Python programming and data manipulation skills.
• Expertise with NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG systems, and vector databases.
• Familiarity with NLP, generative AI, prompt engineering, and multimodal architectures.
• Experience with MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud AI platforms.
• Strong algorithmic and problem-solving skills.
