About the Role
Are you seeking a dynamic internship within a renowned international Communication group for your PPI internship? Publicis Media France welcomes you!
You possess a keen interest in both individual and collective labor relations. Rigor, organization, adaptability, strong relational skills, and a robust team spirit are essential for success in this internship.
Reporting directly to the Director of Social Affairs/HRBP, your key missions will include:
- Preparation of meetings with the Social and Economic Committee: drafting invitations, agendas, and notes related to discussion topics.
- Management and follow-up of litigation pertaining to employment contract termination across all jurisdictions (Labor Courts, Courts of Appeal, administrative and social security jurisdictions).
- Communication with legal counsel on contentious matters, litigation strategy, document research, and legal research.
- Drafting various legal documents: mutual termination agreements, collective agreements, mandatory annual negotiations, disciplinary files, addenda, contracts, and legal notes.
- Participation in transversal projects and document drafting: Internal Regulations, collective agreements, updating the BDESE (Economic and Social Database) and DUERP (Single Document for Risk Assessment).
- Estimating specific indemnities for mutual termination agreements.
- Conducting legal watch to stay updated on new regulations.
Qualifications
You must hold a Master 2 degree in Labor Law/Social Law and/or be an aspiring lawyer (élève-avocat).
