Job Description

As a Junior Media Consultant, you will support teams in deploying and monitoring our clients' media strategies. You will progressively become a trusted point of contact, contributing to performance analysis, preparing media recommendations, and ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns. You will assist senior consultants while developing your strategic and operational skills in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

Media Intelligence / Environment
  • Monitor key performance indicators: Share of Voice, Share of Spend, etc.
  • Utilize media monitoring tools (e.g., Medialand).
  • Build media knowledge through regular exchanges with partners and industry experts.
Media Planning
  • Analyze media plans and develop recommendations aligned with client objectives (platform selection, inventory, data segments, etc.).
  • Ensure campaigns run smoothly within allocated budgets, and manage follow-up, analysis, recommendations, and performance reviews/reporting.
  • Negotiation: Build relationships with media partners and sales houses, creating value for clients and the agency.
Media Strategy
  • Independently extract and analyze data from standard tools (TGI-SIMM, Cx LOOP, Netratings, Médiamétrie).
  • Utilize internal resources for traditional media (network documentation).
Client Relationship Management
  • Contribute to the development of media recommendations and the production of presentation materials (decks).
  • Consolidate and structure expert feedback to enhance recommendations.
Activity Organization and Management
  • Prepare client documents and proactively manage requests.
  • Ensure accuracy and responsiveness in communications with internal and external teams.
  • Master financial management tools (Mediamanager, quote opening).
  • Update management tools (Strat OS, Mediatools).
  • Monitor campaign progress and coordinate with teams.

Qualifications

Technical Skills
  • First experience in the media industry (internship or work-study).
  • Good knowledge of the French media landscape (sales houses, indicators, audience measurement).
  • Professional English proficiency.
  • Comfort with numbers, analytical rigor, and ability to synthesize complex data.
