Job Description
Within the Data Department of Publicis Connected Media France, in direct contact with all stakeholders (clients / Trading / Conseil / Adtech /…), you will manage a consulting team of about ten collaborators and operate within the following scope:
- Lead Data & Digital Consulting for Publicis Group's Media Agency Clients: This involves identifying relevant market solutions and innovations, optimizing media strategies, training internal teams and clients, conducting market intelligence, and building the data roadmap. You possess recognized consulting experience and know how to persuade interlocutors (from junior to C-level) with the quality of your written and oral recommendations.
- Data/Measurement Referent: Define the most appropriate solutions for a client's problem and construct the commercial proposal to address it – particularly concerning performance measurement. You master all measurement solutions (declarative, observed, inferred data & related methods/tools) and are a specialist in the adtech value chain.
- Ensure Project Management: Once a proposal is validated, this involves mobilizing Publicis Data & Tech internal resources, briefing teams, facilitating working groups, contributing to analyses, presenting to clients, and disseminating and appropriating learnings among agency consultants and client interlocutors.
- Contribute to Publicis Group's Knowledge & Positioning on Data & Tech Topics: Represent the department internally and externally, and participate in product development & in-depth market dossiers (e.g., Alternative IDs, Clean Rooms, Sales Lift, Custom Bidding, etc.).
Qualifications
With a higher education from a business or engineering school, you must have over 10 years of experience in a media agency or a consulting agency with a strong digital and/or research dimension.
You perfectly master both offline and online media issues and have in-depth knowledge of the adtech environment (Analytics, programmatic, adserving). You are proficient in key measurement solutions (panels, clean rooms, bidding, etc.). You are very committed to the precision and craftsmanship of your deliverables, both oral and written, to ensure proper understanding and sale of your projects to various stakeholders.
Autonomous and proactive, you possess a very good level of English, are an inspiring and involved leader, and wish to engage in a collective, dynamic approach serving Publicis Media's clients and the Group's transformation.
