Job Description

As a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager, you will work independently across multiple locations. Your responsibilities include assessing customer storage needs, selling packing and moving supplies, and conducting daily storage unit inspections to ensure availability. You will also audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, follow up on customer payments with reminder and collection calls.

Physical Requirements

  • Transport items up to 35 pounds
  • Walk around facilities, spending up to 50% outdoors
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, both interior and exterior

Qualifications

Candidates should have customer service experience from sales-driven environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or similar service sectors. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required for travel between locations; mileage reimbursement is provided.
