Earn $17.00 per hour with flexible and full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm). Job Description
As a Customer Service Self Storage Manager at Public Storage, you work independently across multiple locations. You will assess customer storage needs, suggest packing and moving supplies, perform daily unit inspections, audit cash drawers, and manage bank deposits. Additional tasks include ensuring customers remain current on payments through reminders and collection calls.
Physical Requirements
The role requires physical activity including transporting items up to 35 pounds, walking around facilities (up to 50% outdoor work), climbing stairs, opening large doors and performing cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep properties tidy.
Qualifications
Candidates come from customer service and sales backgrounds within retail, restaurant, fast food, or similar service based environments. A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle are required for travel between work locations.
