Job Overview

As a Self Storage Manager, you will work independently across multiple locations. You will assess customer storage needs, assist with leasing, inspect units, and perform cash handling tasks including bank deposits. This role includes both indoor and outdoor work with physical requirements such as lifting up to 35 pounds and walking extensively across properties.

Responsibilities

  • Drive between multiple storage facilities.
  • Assist customers with renting storage spaces and lease agreements.
  • Conduct daily inspections and maintain facility cleanliness.
  • Audit cash drawers, perform bank deposits, and handle customer payments.
  • Make scheduled delinquent calls and manage lien sales.

Qualifications & Requirements

Candidates should have a background in customer service from sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or fast food. A valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle are required. Be prepared for both indoor tasks and outdoor facility maintenance.
