Job Overview

As a Self Storage Manager, you work independently at multiple locations. Your responsibilities include assessing customer storage needs, suggesting packing and moving supplies, performing daily storage unit inspections, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and keeping customer payments up-to-date with reminder and collection calls.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift/move items up to 35 pounds.
  • Walk in/around facilities, spending up to 50% outdoors.
  • Climb stairs and operate large doors.
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks for interior and exterior areas.

Qualifications

Candidates come from customer service or sales environments such as retail, restaurants, fast food, or other service-based industries. A valid driver’s license and use of a personal vehicle are required (mileage reimbursement provided).
