Role Overview - Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

This role involves managing multiple locations independently. You will assist customers with storage needs, perform daily inspections and maintenance, and handle cash operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess customer storage needs and suggest relevant products.
  • Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
  • Audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and manage payments including reminder calls.
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks both indoors and outdoors.
  • Utilize your own vehicle to travel between multiple work locations (mileage reimbursed).

Physical & Transportation Requirements

Ability to transport items up to 35 pounds and walking in/outdoors, including stair climbing.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service roles (retail, restaurant, fast food, etc.) is preferred, along with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
