Senior Coordinator Planning
Public Sector People are partnering with an Australian government organisation to recruit for a Senior Coordinator Planning. This is a contract position for 6 months with an hourly rate up to $95 p/h + Super (negotiable depending on experience).
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of two staff members.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to Councils on cultural and social planning matters.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for cultural, social, community planning and inclusion.
- Assist in maintaining an evidence base on supply and demand for cultural and social infrastructure and community facilities.
Essential Criteria
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or extensive experience in urban development, town planning, or cultural and social infrastructure planning.
- Previous experience in team management.
- Strong community and stakeholder engagement experience.
