The Public Health Institute (PHI) is a nonprofit organization committed to promoting health and quality of life. The Technical Support Analyst III role involves providing comprehensive support and training for CNExT and CAS software users, detailed troubleshooting, software testing, and technical duties including SQL scripting and system configuration. This remote full-time position requires strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with various technical tools.
Position Summary
The role provides training, troubleshooting, documentation, and customer support while leading projects and mentoring less experienced technicians. Candidates should have experience with help desk operations, cancer registries, and SQL scripting.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Support CNExT and CAS software users with troubleshooting and training.
- Conduct needs analysis and provide project management for complex implementations.
- Perform software testing and document issues for resolution.
- Provide technical support including SQL scripting and system troubleshooting.
- Train new support staff and participate in continuing education.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include an Associate degree with experience or a high school diploma with additional experience, along with some cancer registry experience. Strong technical skills in Active Directory, SQL, and virtualization technologies are a must. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and Oncology Data Specialist (ODS) certification.
Additional Information
