Position Summary
The Lead Technical Support Analyst provides end-to-end support for C/NET Solutions CNExT and Cancer Alert System (CAS) software. This role involves software training, technical troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and project leadership within a remote, 40-hour work week schedule aligned with Pacific Time core hours.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide full-spectrum software training and technical support.
- Lead critical projects and manage ticket distributions.
- Test software quality, document bugs, and release updates.
- Configure installations, troubleshoot network, database, and SQL related issues.
- Conduct end-user support and maintain HIPAA compliance.
Technical and Support Functions
This role requires advanced troubleshooting, SQL expertise, Active Directory management, virtualization (Citrix, VMware), and hands-on experience with CNExT and CAS software. It also includes training new support staff, improving documentation, and participating in ongoing education.
Work Schedule & Salary
The position is remote with a standard 40-hour week (core hours 6am-3pm Pacific Time) and potential weekend work, with occasional travel. Salary ranges from $86,029 up to $127,149 per year with a typical starting salary around $106,589.
