Role Overview
The Senior Consultant - Education Pacific Northwest will drive business growth in PCG's education sector. The role involves managing complex projects, serving as a subject matter expert on federal regulations, and developing strategies to support state and local education agencies in Washington and the wider Pacific Northwest.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage complex projects, supervise staff, and ensure compliance.
- Develop and execute growth strategies and sales opportunities.
- Analyze and interpret federal and state regulations.
- Facilitate communication with key stakeholders and clients.
- Lead proposal writing teams and deliver client presentations.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or 10 years’ experience required, with a graduate degree preferred. A minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in relevant fields including IT, finance/business operations, k-12 education, and special education is desired.
Working Conditions
This is a remote role with a preference for candidates located in WA, OR, or ID. Some travel is required for client meetings.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation varies based on location, role, and experience, with a listed range from $88,300 to $140,000 along with benefits such as medical/dental care, 401k, PTO, parental leave, and bereavement leave.
