Position Summary

As a Power Platform Consultant, you will collaborate with our Technology Consulting team to streamline operations and achieve strategic goals. You will build, maintain, and enhance applications using Microsoft Power Platform, perform root cause analysis, manage client communications, and work closely with team members to deliver high quality, compliant solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using Power Platform and Office 365 services.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot application issues.
• Document processes and ensure compliance with SDLC and risk guidelines.
• Engage in client needs assessments and technical solution design.
• Collaborate with QA and IT teams for integration and data governance.

Qualifications

Required experience includes 5+ years in application development with at least 2 years focused on Microsoft Power Platform. Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI is expected. Additional skills include database development (SQL, stored procedures), agile methodologies, automated testing, and strong communication skills. A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.

Work Environment & Travel

This is a hybrid role with remote work flexibility and occasional travel for team and client meetings.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $115,000 annually based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, 401k, PTO, and more.
