Job Summary
This role is part of the Public Relations Center of Excellence within the Corporate Marketing & Communications Department. The Content Strategist supports the planning, development, execution, and measurement of integrated communications, public relations, and content initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-channel social media strategies and campaigns.
- Create, edit, and publish compelling digital and social media content.
- Administer corporate social media accounts and manage content calendars.
- Track platform performance, report insights, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and product teams.
- Support crisis communications, media relations, and thought leadership efforts.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years in integrated marketing communications with specific experience in content strategy and development; strong writing, editing, and planning skills; and proficiency on social media platforms with data analytics experience.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Meltwater, WordPress, Adobe/Adobe Express, SEO, web traffic metrics and accessible content practices.
Working Conditions & Compensation
This is a remote role offering competitive compensation within a range of $68,400 to $91,400 along with a comprehensive benefits package.
