Your Role
As the HR Data Analyst, you will collaborate with People Services teams to create dashboards and reporting solutions. Your work provides people metrics that inform strategic decisions. You will support reporting activities by producing insightful dashboards, managing ad-hoc reports, and ensuring strong data governance.
Your Responsibilities
- Build and maintain standard and customized dashboards using Tableau Online and Power BI.
- Create insightful reporting from single and multi-source data.
- Manage report requests and fulfil ad-hoc data queries within SLAs.
- Maintain HR data integrity through validation and anomaly troubleshooting.
- Document self-service guides and source data details.
- Identify process improvements to enhance people insights and analytics.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles.
- Proven ability to translate data into insights for decision-making.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and/or Power BI.
- Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and emotional intelligence.
Additional Information
This is a 12 month fixed term contract position based at PTSB's St. Stephens Green, Dublin, with a hybrid work option available within the Republic of Ireland.
