About the Role: Visual Merchandiser
Join PTH group for the exciting new adidas store opening in PlusCity / Pasching in 2026! We're seeking a passionate Visual Merchandiser who is a true team player and thrives in a dynamic fashion and sport retail environment. If you love communicating, selling, and know the importance of a strong team, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be instrumental in presenting our window displays, including outfit selection and mannequin positioning. You'll master the art of product presentation in a sales-promoting style, constantly bringing fresh ideas for engaging merchandise displays. We're looking for someone who enjoys interacting with diverse customers and has a proven sales talent in the textile sport and/or retail sector. A strong identification with the adidas brand and a passion for fashion are key.
What You'll Bring
- An open and friendly demeanor to establish positive customer contact.
- Deep knowledge and love for our fashion, staying up-to-date on available merchandise, colors, and sizes in-store.
- Responsibility in fulfilling store tasks.
- Ensuring the availability of merchandise for customers.
- Planning and executing marketing measures and campaigns in coordination with the marketing department.
- Ideally, professional experience in sport and/or fashion retail.
- Basic MS-Office proficiency.
- Fluent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
