- Refine and maintain communications around the startup program to relevant internal teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (engineering degree preferred).
- 3+ years of sales, business development, strategic partnerships, sales leadership management, consulting, or program/product management experience.
- Experience working at a startup, investment firm, or in a startup program-focused role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and change.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering, or mechanical engineering knowledge and/or experience.
- A startup ecosystem builder who understands founders, accelerators, and VCs, ideally with similar startup program experience, as a VC, founder, or startup employee.
- Operational savviness, ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously while focused on execution and results.
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully cross-functionally and communicate effectively with senior leadership on program objectives, goals, and metrics.
- Self-starter mentality.

Employees have the opportunity to become a PTC shareholder through our employee share purchase program (ESPP), allowing for the purchase of discounted PTC stock. Certain roles may also be eligible for participation in our equity programs. Employees may be eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off and sick leave, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) contributions and employer match, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability coverage, and, for office-assigned employees, a generous commuter subsidy.
