Overview
PTC is leading the digital transformation with software connecting the physical and digital worlds. The Enterprise Account Executive - Electronics High-Tech drives growth in corporate accounts within the electronics, semiconductor, and high-tech manufacturing sectors.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting digital transformation and operational efficiency in electronics and high-tech companies. Build and maintain key relationships with decision-makers. Lead the sales process from prospecting to deal closure with a consultative approach. Collaborate with internal teams such as product management and technical sales to deliver solutions involving PLM, IoT, CAD, and AR. Identify industry growth opportunities by monitoring trends. Maintain accurate forecasts and manage opportunities using CRM tools like Salesforce.com.
Skills And Knowledge
- Strong consultative sales skills engaging mid to senior level decision-makers
- Deep understanding of product lifecycle management and supply chain complexities
- Familiarity with CRM tools for pipeline management
- Knowledge of digital solutions including PLM, IoT, CAD, and AR
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles strategically
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years in software/technology sales with focus on the electronics, semiconductor or high-tech sectors. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing competitive accounts. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. Willingness to travel for client meetings.
