About the Role
The RN Director of Mental Health Program leads a small disciplinary team including a psychiatric physician, therapist, and medical office coordinator. The role focuses on serving older adults (65+) experiencing depression and anxiety associated with aging.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team to deliver outpatient therapy services.
- Engage in community education via presentations and one-on-one meetings.
- Develop referrals using hospital staff, providers and community resources.
- Grow and maintain patient census.
- Ensure compliance with professional and ethical guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Registered Nurse license and state-approved nursing school graduation.
- Psychiatric nursing experience preferred.
