About Senior Life Solutions
Senior Life Solutions is an intensive outpatient therapy program designed for individuals aged 65 and older experiencing depression and/or anxiety related to aging. This program focuses on the unique mental health needs of older adults.
Responsibilities
- Lead a small disciplinary team including a psychiatric physician, therapist, and medical office coordinator.
- Engage with the local community through educational presentations and one-on-one meetings.
- Develop referrals via hospital staff, providers, and community resources.
- Grow and maintain the patient census.
- Ensure professional and ethical compliance at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Registered Nurse active license in the state of practice.
- Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing.
- Psychiatric nursing experience preferred.
- Commitment to work with kindness and accountability to enhance patient quality of life.
- Successful completion of a full background check (may include drug testing).
