Job Description

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls promptly.
Respond to email inquiries and provide necessary information to visitors and clients.
Manage office visitor logs and ensure proper check-in/check-out procedures.
Coordinate meeting room schedules and assist with room preparation.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and deliveries.
Assist clients and visitors with any immediate needs and direct them to the appropriate staff or department.
Perform general office tasks including filing, maintaining admin related documents.
Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder items as needed.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Provide support for special projects and company events.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and supplies.
Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Job Requirements

**Experience And Qualifications**
Any Graduate/Post Graduate, additional certification in office administration or related field preferred.
Good Communication and presentational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
