The Role
The Hospitality Associate will ensure a flawless first and last impression for our members and guests. This role involves managing suite products and services before, during, and after use.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Assess suites and airfield areas and account for used items.
- Track inventory with Toast and coordinate via Teams and radio.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Inventory, and Salon teams.
- Prepare suites and restock to maintain department standards.
- Work flexible shifts including AM, MID, and PM.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with confidential and sensitive information.
- Background in customer service, airline, or hospitality roles.
- Valid Driver's License active for at least 12 months.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and collaboratively.
- Open schedule availability including weekends, holidays, early mornings, or late evenings.

Compensation
Hourly rate of $25.50 with overtime opportunities available.
