The Role

The Hospitality Associate will ensure a flawless first and last impression for our members and guests. This role involves managing suite products and services before, during, and after use.

Responsibilities & Expectations

  • Assess suites and airfield areas and account for used items.
  • Track inventory with Toast and coordinate via Teams and radio.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Inventory, and Salon teams.
  • Prepare suites and restock to maintain department standards.
  • Work flexible shifts including AM, MID, and PM.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience with confidential and sensitive information.
  • Background in customer service, airline, or hospitality roles.
  • Valid Driver's License active for at least 12 months.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and collaboratively.
  • Open schedule availability including weekends, holidays, early mornings, or late evenings.

Compensation

Hourly rate of $25.50 with overtime opportunities available.
