Overview

Prudential Assurance Company Singapore is looking for a Data Privacy Operations Manager dedicated to executing day-to-day data privacy operations. This role supports data subject requests, privacy impact assessments, incident management, and more, in order to ensure compliance and protect customer data.

Data Subject Rights Management

• Manage timely responses to privacy enquiries and complaints

Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) and Third Party Assessments

• Coordinate PIAs for new and existing projects
• Conduct annual PIA certification exercises
• Participate in governance forums for third party assessments
• Prepare responses for external privacy assessments

Data Breach Incident Management

• Attend to and consolidate information on privacy incidents
• Lodge and report data breaches to Group Privacy

Gap Assessments and Risk Control Self-Assessment

• Perform gap assessments on regulatory changes
• Conduct Privacy RCSA and scenario analysis

Training, Awareness and Audits

• Develop and maintain privacy training materials
• Facilitate privacy-related audits and ensure timely closures

Reporting and Privacy Champion Programme

• Prepare and submit privacy metrics
• Execute the privacy champion programme within the company

Other Responsibilities

• Work with the L2 data privacy team for local and group compliance
• Implement privacy solutions and monitor evolving regulations
• Collaborate with the manager to achieve team objectives
